What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Administrator position at Kimball Midwest?
Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Sales Support Administrator for our Columbus, Ohio location.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy and on time completion of Key Account reporting.
- Coordinate Key Account communications.
- Conduct potential and active customer research/analysis.
- Coordinate and lead program roll outs for Key Accounts.
- Serve as internal support contact for assigned field-based Key Account Executives (KAE's).
- Run ad hoc reporting from sources of CRM, Excel Power BI.
- Manage software like Monday.com or Digideck.
- Help Key Account Executives provide documentation and data regarding their sales. Hold KAE's accountable to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Assist sales managers in the field with administrative tasks such as ordering awards, writing articles for newsletters, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or some related field or equivalent business experience.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting strategic sales efforts and/or Key Account Executives.
- Expertise working with field sales representatives and sales managers.
- Experience leading projects.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL table pulls, and excel.
- Experience working with Wrike, Monday.com, or some kind of SaaS (Software as a Solution) is preferred.
- A Self-Starter attitude with a sense of urgency and the propensity to respond quickly in all situations.
- Excellent prioritization and organization skills
