We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team.

Position Overview:
The Supply Chain Manager oversees the current processes for planning, scheduling, purchasing, and shipping/receiving while also working with the COO to develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain process that is sustainable and scalable as the company continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the department to procure materials, to schedule sub-assemblies, final assemblies, and outside manufacturing services, and to receive and ship deliveries.
- Identify, recommend, and implement short- and mid-term improvements to current processes and reporting.
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties, including suppliers.
- In partnership with the COO, implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy
- develop a procurement and inventory strategy that effectively aligns with the current sales and operations plan.
- develop and implement an integrated planning and scheduling approach that optimizes capacity and improves on-time metrics.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills are a must.
- Must be a problem solver, have excellent multitasking abilities, be proficient with data input, and have strong math skills.
- Able to manipulate database data in spreadsheets using advanced Excel concepts.
- MRP/ERP systems experience required.
- Excellent supervisory skills required.
- 8 years of progressive experience in Planning with a strong background in Production Control, Warehousing, and Materials Management in a manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of Management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) or equivalent
- ASCM/APICS certification a plus.
