We are an established real estate law firm with offices across California. Our San Diego office is looking for a Receptionist to join our fast-paced Collections Division. If chosen as the successful candidate, you will serve as the first point of contact for the firms clients and other incoming callers and direct them to the appropriate recipient.

Compensation:
$21.00-$24.00/hourly benefits
Schedule:
Position is full-time at 40 hours/week. Our business hours are 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
The primary responsibilities of this position require that the work be performed at the office full-time. We are not considering remote candidates at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a multi-line phone system to answer, screen, and forward incoming calls for the Collection Division and Business Real Estate Group
- Communicate extensively via phone with debtors, clients (residential property owners and operators), attorneys, vendors, courts, and potential candidates for employment
- Direct calls to the appropriate internal recipient or another KTS office as needed
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate parties
- Maintain office security by following safety protocols and controlling access via the reception desk
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Open, scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain, process, and update confidential records and files
- Distribute documents and ensure proper handling of sensitive information
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of high-volume, multi-line incoming phone call management
- Ability to answer up to 200 calls per day within 3-4 rings, quickly determine caller needs, and transfer each one to the appropriate recipient/resource
- Excellent organizational skills
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
- Experience with call stacking preferred
