Plumber
Purpose : The purpose of a Plumber is to install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes, working with little to no supervision with a team of apprentices.
Responsibilities :
- Lead jobs, crews, projects, and apprentice plumbers
- Install, inspect, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures in water, gas, and drainage systems according to specifications and building codes
- Identify safety problems applicable to the installation and take necessary corrective action
- Read blueprints, take supervisor and / or contractor instruction, and complete quality control sheets
- Make decisions on the job site, without disruption to the business or to work and job quality
