Purpose
As an HVAC installer, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for leading installations, managing crews, and ensuring successful project execution. Your work will primarily focus on new residential or multi-family construction projects, collaborating with fellow installers and superintendents to deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Perform the installation, modification, inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Identify potential safety hazards and operational risks, taking proactive steps to address and resolve issues.
- Make independent on-site decisions that maintain workflow efficiency and uphold job quality.
- Collaborate on multiple projects, ensuring work progresses according to plan.
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate system installations.
- Complete quality control reports and ensure all work meets company standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with builders, contractors, and superintendents.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to job site requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.
- Previous HVAC experience is preferred but not required.
