HVAC Foreman
Purpose : As an HVAC foreman, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. You will lead jobs, crews, and projects alongside other HVAC installers and superintendents - primarily new residential and multi-family construction.
Responsibilities :
- Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment according to specification and building codes
- Identify hazards and safety problems applicable to the installation and operations of HVAC projects
- Take necessary corrective action to fix these problems
- Make decisions on the job site without interruption to the business or work and job quality
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines
- Read blueprints
- Complete quality control sheets
