Prefabrication Assistant
The Pre-fabrication Assistant is responsible for assembling various products in a production environment, ensuring quality standards are met, and operating tools and machinery safely. The role involves physical labor, teamwork or independent work, and maintaining accurate inventory while meeting daily production goals. Ideal candidates are dependable, eager to learn, and have basic mechanical, computer, and communication skills.
Key Duties:

Assemble and manufacture a variety of plumbing, HVAC and electrical components in a fast-paced shop setting

Consistently hit daily output targets

Ensure all components meet strict quality standards-zero defects

Operate hand tools, power tools, and various fabrication equipment

Work with materials such as piping, plumbing components, fiberglass wrap, and sheet metal

Perform soldering, brazing, and occasional MIG welding as needed

Handle and transport heavy equipment and supplies

Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock

Function independently or within small teams

Apply basic math and planning skills to daily tasks

Operate forklifts safely and effectively

Always prioritize safety and maintain a professional demeanor
