Salary

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for operating technologically advanced manufacturing equipment and collaborating with your team to achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals. You will also be expected to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to operate complex machinery safely and efficiently. You should also possess excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, as well as a minimum of 18 years of age and the legal right to work in the United States. Preferred qualifications include three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment and post-secondary education or training.
