Job Description:
You will be part of a team that operates technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborates with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark's substantial investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kirkland Signature Diapers, and other essential products.
Key Responsibilities
• Run technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment
• Collaborate with new or junior team members to do their best work safely
• Achieve safety, productivity, and quality goals
Requirements
Minimum of 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
Basic computer skills
Demonstrated safety and attendance performance at previous employments
Ability to work in a Team Base High Performance Work System
Legal right to work in the United States
Use available tools and resources to make sound decisions, set priorities, handle conflict, adapt to change and solve problems
Be willing to share examples of being strongly committed, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a team player, and a good leader
Be able to pass pre-employment assessment
Preferred Qualifications: Three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, Post secondary education/training (degrees, technical, military)
