Process Technician-Professional Products Mill (Corinth, MS)
Operating high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborating with new or junior team members to do their best work safely is a key responsibility in this role. The Process Technician will run technologically advanced equipment while supporting the team's efforts to meet safety, productivity, and quality goals.

Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated safety and attendance performance at previous employments
- Legal right to work in the United States
- Ability to use available tools and resources to make sound decisions, set priorities, handle conflict, adapt to change, and solve problems
- Be willing to share examples of being strongly committed, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a team player, and a good leader
- Be able to pass pre-employment assessment
Preferred Qualifications
- Three years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Post secondary education/training (degrees, technical, military)
- Provide evidence of demonstrated mechanical aptitude
