The salary range for this position is $106,000 - $130,000 USD per year. Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or advanced engineering degree, or relevant scientific discipline degree. You must also have 7 years of relevant engineering experience in a variety of staff or mill assignments. A track record of research and development leadership and success, as well as a strong fundamental understanding of tissue manufacturing technologies, processes, and products, is preferred. You should also have effective communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently or lead small to larger teams to implement process improvement solutions or problem-solve key process issues.
