It starts with YOU.  In this role, you will : POSITION SUMMARY Incumbent is responsible for optimizing replenishment and maximizing in-stocks / OSA (on-shelf availability) through the analysis of retailer forecasts, inventory and replenishment strategies, and Kimberly-Clark plans.

This role interacts directly with the Walmart replenishment manager and internal K-C teams (sales, supply / demand planning, etc.) to enable best-in-class replenishment execution. RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES Essential Functions :

• Lead the development of accurate sales forecasts and inventory plans with Sales, Walmart (Replenishment Mgr., Buyer and Planner) and Sales Planning for a category(s) by SKU / week / national for 0-6 months.
• Lead and facilitate weekly Demand Review Meetings with Sales, Finance, Sales Planning and Walmart
• Own and manage forecast and inventory policy recommendations in Walmart’s CPFR site.
• Lead the cross-functional coordination of promotional events and Walmart modular relays
• Utilize Top-Down Forecasting, POS vs.

Ship Analysis and consumer take-away in order to identify forecast bias and trends so as to improve accuracy at or above objective.

Set priorities and strategically identify issues, underlying problems and potential solutions to develop plan of action.

Promptly reconcile and communicate changes in plans and programs, conditions, requirements of marketplace, competitive activities, issues and accomplishments that may affect results to various levels of staff.

Conduct team adjustments to new changes, and adjust to meet requirements of changing conditions / situations.

Salary Range : $80,000 - $105,000 USD At Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow.

Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite, including our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plan.

The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire.

Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.

Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only. Veterans and members of the Reserve and Guard are highly encouraged to apply. Kimberly-Clark will support in-country relocation for the chosen candidate for the role.
