Job Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work closely with our engineering team to develop and implement new technologies and processes that meet safety and performance expectations.
Develop and upgrade equipment and processes to meet safety codes, policies, and guidelines.
Collaborate with fellow engineers on multiple equipment, product, or process improvement projects.
Provide functional leadership and creativity in the initiation of design, development, and optimization of equipment and processes.
Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of the application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, LEAN principles, and project management.
Identify complex technical issues and provide necessary solutions to eliminate root cause.
