As an entry technician/operator, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. You also… A minimum of 18 years of age and able to legally work in the United States Have a high school diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent Military training/education Are able to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime Have basic computer skills Have demonstrated safety and attendance performance on previous employments Are able to work in a Team Based High Performance Work System Have problem solving and decision-making skills Are a motivated self-starter Have basic mechanical skills Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with a one or more years of experience in a manufacturing; ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience Post secondary education/training (degrees, technical, military) Mechanical skills; troubleshooting, disassembling equipment, parts replacement, general machine repair, gear boxes, couplings, drawings & schematics, bearings, pumps, or rigging.
