About the Role
This Electrical Engineer position is based out of our Kimberly Clark Professional Products Mill in Corinth, MS Facility. You will work closely with fellow engineers on multiple equipment, product or process improvement projects from conception through commercialization.
You will develop and upgrade equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines while providing accurate documentation. Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance, and other personnel.
Work closely with Technical Service Providers and/or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and drive project results.
Provide functional leadership and creativity in the initiation of design, development, and optimization of equipment and processes to meet unit objectives.
Develop knowledge and skills in leadership of the application of engineering principles, scientific analysis, LEAN principles, and project management.
