Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to lead our team in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our microbiological laboratory. As a Senior Microbiologist, you will apply your expertise in microbiology and quality management systems to drive process improvements and maintain regulatory compliance. Key responsibilities include conducting routine and non-routine microbiological testing, implementing effective laboratory management practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Responsibilities
Some key responsibilities of the Senior Microbiologist position include: building and maintaining personal capability in QMS, GMPs, and applicable regulation to support objectives; conducting routine and non-routine Microbiological testing on baby wipes finished product, production materials, raw materials, water, and specialized testing as required for troubleshooting or as part of an improvement project; conducting all testing and work in conformance with established Good Lab Practices (GLP's) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's); and being accountable for micro team testing/results/record management, including good documentation practice audits for micro and operations, as assigned.
