About You

- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including days, nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated safety and attendance performance at previous employments
- Ability to work in a Team Base High Performance Work System
- L egal right to work in the United States
- Use available tools and resources to make sound decisions, set priorities, handle conflict, adapt to change and solve problems
- Be willing to share examples of being strongly committed, self-motivated, an effective communicator, a team player, and a good leader
- Be able to pass pre-employment assessment

Starting Hourly Wage : $19.35 USD
Total rewards at Kimberly-Clark includes pay and a full benefits package. The above starting wage offers premium rates on Sundays, is eligible for overtime pay and available pay increases within your first year. You’ll also enjoy the benefits of our 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans .
