Kimberton Whole Foods in Collegeville is looking for a full-time Cleaning Associate to join their team!
Set Schedule : Monday - Friday 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm
Pay : $18 - $19 hourly to start.
Age Requirement : Must be 18 years or older.

Cleaning Associate's primary responsibilities :
- Develop the interrelated systems and protocols to meet the janitorial and maintenance needs of the store.
- Responsible for cleaning all areas including : all floors and floor mats, glass doors on retail equipment & coolers, all restrooms and maintain supplies, outdoor parking areas, recycling areas, cart area and entry areas, walls, ceilings, windows, screens, HVAC vents, floor moldings, department shelving, under registers, shelf strips, café area, clean and disinfect tables & chairs, trash cardboard, recycling enclosures.
- Clean and address the needs of the breakroom.
- Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied, clean appropriate areas for registers, offices, and back-stock areas.
- Ensure scheduled maintenance of all cooling equipment, including condensers, retail cases (retail case resets and cleaning) in coordination with departments affected.
- Assist in maintain safe entrance and exits during inclement weather, including spreading salt and shoveling if needed.
- Work with Store Manager on equipment or supply needs. Coordinate work of subcontractors on an as needed basis.
- Ensure compliance with health department, OSHA and other legal guidelines.
- Ensures cleaning supplies are ordered as needed. Use environmentally safe supplies and forward safety sheets to Safety Committee representative.
- Follow through on tasks such as light painting and spackling, changing light bulbs, hanging and anchoring into drywall, plunging sinks, assembling carts, etc.
