What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Receivable Associate position at Kimble Companies?
The Accounts Receivable Associate is responsible for processing payments, autopays, and reconciling various reports. This position will also serve as a mail courier by organizing and delivering mail on a daily basis to and from various locations and the post office. This position is also responsible to assist customer service as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience.
- Preferred previous data entry and accounts receivable experience.
- Must be able to successfully pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Process payments and post to customer accounts.
- Process autopays and correct as needed.
- Assist with reconciling credit cards and other reports.
- Serve as back up for Accounts Receivable Supervisor.
- Research unapplied payments.
- Assist with customer phone calls for customer service as needed.
- Organize materials to be delivered each day.
- Responsible for all phases of mail including processing intercompany and outbound mail.
- Operate electronic postage system.
- May handle confidential and/or high value documents.
- File for long term storage, recycling, and shredding as required by company and legal policies.
- Perform other tasks as required by the Accounting Department and the Controller to assist in desired financial reporting.
- Regular attendance consistent with the Company Attendance Policy and work load associated with job duties.
- All other duties as assigned by management

Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday | Weekends as needed
