The Tote and Container Manager will oversee the delivering and removing of containers to and from commercial and residential sites.

Minimum Qualification and Skills:
- Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and EPA guidelines
- Knowledge of company policies and safety rules
- Prior Trucking management
- Previous operations experience in the delivery/shipping industry
Responsibilities:
- Manage, plan and implement changes to promote efficiency within the Site for profitability.
- Monitors progress of daily operations and reassigns employees, making staff changes as necessary.
- Assign and supervise CDL and Non-CDL drivers operating delivery equipment.
- Supervise dispatchers and/or dispatches drivers as needed.
- Control inventory of totes and containers at all KRD locations.
- Oversees a variety of complex compliance programs, including environmental, DOT and OSHA
- Perform periodic audits to ensure drivers follow policies and procedures according to company, OSHA and DOT guidelines.
- Work with drivers, schedule delivery and removals of totes and containers.
- Hires and trains personnel as needed.
- Responsible for the delivery of employee performance reviews.
- Reviews DMRs with Maintenance Manager to make sure they are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager to maintain day-to-day operations.
