Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:15 AM - 4:00 PM (45-min lunch from 11:00 AM - 11:45 AM)

What You'll Do
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Perform data entry, filing, and organization of accounting records
- Assist with system implementation—helping transition data from Genesis (DOS) to Epicor
- Help with day-to-day accounting tasks to keep everything running smoothly
- 5 to 10 years of AP/AR experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Epicor or larger ERPs is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel (data entry and formulas)
