Customer Service Specialist
Location : Hayward, CA
Pay Range : $23.00 - $27.00 plus Quarterly Bonus
Hours : 8 : 30 am - 5 : 00 pm
Temp-to-Hire
You will serve as the first point of contact for customers and providing them with world-class service and support. You will assist them with their event needs and offer product recommendations. Your role is crucial in ensuring clients will have a memorable experience!
Responsibilities :
- Engage with customers by phone, email and in-person
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to enhance their events
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and deadlines are met
- Handle client inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Work closely with sales and operations team to ensure a smooth process
- Maintain CRM records
