Job Title : Office Administrator
Location : Orange, CA
Shift : 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 30 PM
Pay Range : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on skills and experience)
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced financial consulting team. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing exceptional support to both our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk :
- Answer phone calls professionally and address general inquiries.
- Process client payments.
- Manage client follow-ups, including sending tax copies, e-file forms, and collecting signed documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the business.
- Maintain office cleanliness once a week by vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash bins. Minimum Requirements :
- At least 3 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Professional phone etiquette with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word , Excel , and Outlook .
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative.
