It is a great time to join our growing AS9100-certified aerospace manufacturing facility in Brea, CA! We are looking for experienced Injection Mold Process Technicians to join our team. These positions offer full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.
Immediate Shifts Available:
1st -7:00am to 3:30pm
2nd -3"00pm to 11:30pm
3rd -11:00 pm to 7:30am
Pay Range: $25-30 per hour depending on experience level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up for tests, including mold and auxiliary equipment setup
- Ensure desired quality and optimal cycle time for each mold
- Test molds according to procedures
- Update process book to document parameters and setup requirements
- Verify dimensions and cosmetic requirements
- Start and troubleshoot production molding machines
- Perform line clearance at the end of production runs
- Conduct preventive maintenance and documentations for molding machines
Requirements:
- 2 years injection mold processing experience
- Previous experience in molding machine setup, start-up, and processing
- Experience in insert molding and over molding
- Experience with hot sprue and complex molds with multiple slide actions
- Knowledge of hot runner molds is a plus
- Basic MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills
- Experience in ERP or willingness to learn IQMS
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, or push up to 55 pounds as needed
