A well-known Manufacturing Company in the Inland Empire is seeking a Shipping Associate!
Position : Shipping Clerk
Pay Rate : $17.50- $19.50(Depending On Experience)
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7 am – 3 : 30 pm
Location : Ontario
Positions Summary :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Shipping Associate works with assembly, production, and warehouse teams to prepare, package, and ship items - picking, packing, palletizing, labeling, and wrapping shipments as needed.
This role will prepare and print shipping labels and corresponding documentation based on customer’s preferred shipping method (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
Will track daily shipment progress and will communicate delays Operations leaders.
Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years experience in shipping internationally; preferably in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and experience using shipping software (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
- Must be able to prioritize, working accurately with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
