Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to lead and optimize daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have hands-on experience operating forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks.

Schedule & Compensation :
25 per hour
Monday to Friday
9 : 00 AM to 3 : 30 PM
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage daily warehouse functions, including receiving, sorting, storing, and shipping goods to ensure smooth operations.
Lead, motivate, and support warehouse staff, fostering a high-performance culture while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment.
Manage and monitor inventory control processes to ensure accurate record-keeping and minimize stock discrepancies.
Safely operate forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks to transport and organize inventory within the warehouse.
Provide training, mentorship, and continuous development opportunities for warehouse staff on safety protocols, operational best practices, and equipment handling.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety regulations to create a secure work environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics and administration, to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance operational efficiency.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that supports smooth daily operations.
Qualifications :
Bilingual (English & Spanish) proficiency is required.
Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience , including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role .
Proficient in operating forklifts and ride-on pallet jacks (certification is preferred).
Strong leadership abilities with excellent team management and communication skills.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office .
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
