Title : Senior Facilities Maintenance
Location : Yucaipa, CA
Pay : $26.50 / hr. to $38.00 / hr. based on experience
Hours : Monday - Friday 1st shift hours to be determined
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Duties :
Develops, oversees and improves processes for plant maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs and pest control for buildings and property. Keeps property clean and in orderly condition.Inspects and evaluates repairs to property or equipment to determine the type of work required.Identifies and communicates with management or consultants the need for repairs.Requisitions supplies and equipment for repairs, replacement, cleaning and maintenance duties.
Understands waste and water disposal procedures. Follows safety principles for use of chemical cleaners, tools and power equipment in order to prevent damage.Performs other related duties as assigned.
