What You’ll Do:
Lead multiple new product development (NPD) and internal R&D programs.
Manage integrated product teams (IPTs) through all phases of the project lifecycle.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
Oversee project planning, risk management, cost control, and program execution.
Lead project status meetings, gate reviews, and provide regular program updates to leadership.
Support proposal efforts including statement of work (SOW) development, cost estimating, and scheduling.
Mentor and support junior program managers and project engineers.
What We’re Looking For:
10 years of program/project management experience, with 5 years leading new product development programs.
Strong background in aerospace, defense, or commercial industries.
Proficient in MS Project, MS Office, and program management tools; experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or related field (PMP certification preferred).
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with strategic planning, business development, and proposal management.
Familiarity with aerospace contracting, procurement requirements, and cross-functional team leadership.
