We are seeking a dynamic, driven individual to join our team as a Pop-Up Ambassador, helping to bring our brand’s vision to life in local communities.

Position Overview: As a KIMITH Pop-Up Ambassador, you will be the face of our brand at local gyms and fitness centers. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up and managing pop-up shops, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales. You will play a key role in expanding our brand’s reach and fostering a community around our heart-healthy lifestyle ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pop-Up Setup and Management: Travel to various local gyms and fitness centers to set up pop-up shops. This includes transporting and setting up clothing racks, displaying merchandise attractively, and ensuring the pop-up space aligns with KIMITH’s brand aesthetic.
• Sales and Customer Engagement: Actively engage with gym-goers, educate them about KIMITH's mission and products, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building. Utilize your public speaking skills to present the brand confidently.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Take ownership of the pop-up shops, identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, enhance customer experience, and expand brand presence. Be proactive in suggesting new ideas and approaches to achieve sales goals.
• Merchandise Management: Store and manage merchandise inventory when not in use. Ensure that products are kept in pristine condition and that inventory levels are monitored and maintained.
• Brand Representation: Embody the KIMITH lifestyle by living and promoting a heart-healthy, fitness-oriented lifestyle. Represent the brand’s ethos both in and out of the pop-up shops. Being a fitness instructor is a plus, as it aligns with our brand values.
• Reliable Transportation: Ensure that you have reliable transportation to travel to various locations. Punctuality and dependability are essential, as you will be responsible for setting up and managing pop-up shops according to a schedule.
• Full-Time Availability: Be available to work full-time at least 4 days a week, including weekends and evenings as needed, to align with gym peak hours and special events.

Qualifications:

• Strong public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience in retail, event setup, or a similar role is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to store and manage merchandise inventory at home or in a designated storage space.
• Alignment with KIMITH’s brand values and lifestyle; experience as a fitness instructor is a plus.
