Responsibilities
Implement and manage drafting and plan preparation standardsDevelop technical drawings and plansThe person in this position will make and quality check drawings and plans of substantial complexity and may perform some multifaceted calculationsRequires minimal supervision to perform day to day tasksHas experience in residential land developmentMaintains drawing databaseWill supervise and train CAD staffCoordinates work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality controlDevelop familiarity with Kimley-Horn's practices, procedures, and standards
Qualifications
12 years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to set up and manage printing / plotting settingsAdvanced knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley productsStrong work ethic, interpersonal communication / writing skills and desire to learnAbility to work independently and with a teamWillingness to mentor and teach othersDetail oriented, professional attitude, good communication, team player, self-starter
