Overview
Kimley-Horn is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join the corporate team in our Raleigh, North Carolina (NC). This is not a remote position.
Responsibilities
Assist in administration of all firm health & welfare and retirement benefits including communication, enrollment assistance, and audits
Support employees with benefit inquiries including general benefits education and troubleshooting issues
Participate in benefits activities such as processing mid-year benefit changes and annual open enrollment
Complete payroll preparation tasks including semi-monthly audits to assure benefit deductions are accurate
Assist with special benefit projects and employee presentations throughout the year
Primary contact for HR partners on a wide range of benefits topics
Collaborate with benefit vendors to resolve employee benefit issues
Manage and update employee information in HRIS system (UKG Pro)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
1 years of related work experience
Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship building
Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
High degree of professionalism with demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations / information and maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and follow-through skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with limited daily supervision
Exceptional client service mentality and strong work ethic
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability and willingness to learn new software applications
Experience with UKG Pro and AbsenceSoft preferred
