Responsibilities
- Lead and manage PFAS-related projects, including water/wastewater treatment, regulatory compliance, and remediation strategies.
- Develop innovative solutions for the detection, treatment, and management of PFAS contamination.
- Provide expert guidance on emerging PFAS regulations and assist clients in navigating compliance challenges.
- Engage in business development activities, including client engagement, proposal development, and strategic planning.
- Mentor and support junior staff in technical and professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to integrate PFAS expertise into broader water/wastewater initiatives.
- Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in PFAS research, consulting, or water/wastewater treatment.
- In-depth understanding of PFAS fate and transport, treatment technologies, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver high-quality results for clients.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- PE license (preferred but not required)

Salary : $160,000 - $210,000
