Kimley-Horn has an opportunity for a motivated Senior Project Manager, Practice Builder, Forensic / Structural Engineer, ., ., to expand our Forensic / Structures practice in Miami, Florida!
Responsibilities
- This position will support the growth of the firm in our forensics and structures practices
- Develop and maintain good relationships with coworkers, industry peers, and clients
- Perform and review structural design calculations, prepare project document submittal packages, and maintain Quality Control for the entire project
- Conduct site investigations and structural evaluations while documentmenting field observations and preparing technical reports
- Support and participate in meetings and presentations with clients, owners, contractors, and design team members
- Contribute to identifying project opportunities through networking with new and existing clients
- Leadership responsibilities include : Operating with integrity and sound business principalsProviding vision, business planning and strategyEstablishing goalsBuilding and maintaining positive client relationshipsHaving open communication with your partners and teamGrowing and leading a structural practice
- Our Practice Builders manage their projects profitably, transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor staff, and act as a positive leader and mentor
