Our Gardiner office is seeking Customer Service Representatives to be the first point of contact with our customers. Our customer service representatives are passionate, customer-focused professionals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking.
Job description:
· Answers a high volume of telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
· Develops relationships with customers while ensuring customer service efficiency and accuracy
· Takes detailed messages with ability to evaluate and schedule appointments
· Ability to ask appropriate questions to resolve customer questions
· Demonstrates an understanding of policies and procedures
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
· Able to identify concerns efficiently and compassionately displaying empathy
· Good listening skills to accurately understand what the caller needs
· Participating in inside sales activities
Requirements:
· The ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and typing skills
· Great interpersonal skills and at performing customer service
· Warm and friendly personality
· Ability to read and decipher information
· Must be dependable, organized and customer oriented
· Ability to self-manage, think on your feet, and be solution-oriented
Education and Experience:
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
· Call Center 2 years (Preferred)
· Customer Service 5 years (Required)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, after Hours on call, weekend availability
