  • Market Expansion Strategy: Drive new market entry through site selection, strategic partnerships, and regulatory negotiations, focusing on high-growth gaming markets.
  • Partnership & Deal Structuring: Negotiate joint ventures, land purchases, and strategic alliances with commercial and tribal gaming entities, real estate developers, and investors.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, feasibility, and execution of development projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders, architects, and construction teams.

  • Strong track record in closing high-value real estate deals for casinos, gaming resorts, and hospitality assets.
  • Expertise in gaming regulations, tribal gaming compacts, and state licensing processes.
  • Demonstrated success in lobbying, legislative outreach, and securing approvals for gaming projects.
  • Experience working with commercial and tribal gaming operators in multiple states or international markets.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in structuring partnerships and joint ventures.
  • Ability to lead complex development projects from site selection through grand opening.
  • MBA, JD, or related advanced degree preferred; experience with market expansion, corporate finance, or M&A is a plus.
