About the Position:

Based in Las Vegas, NV, the Vice President of Hospitality will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative hospitality programs, optimizing business performance, and ensuring brand consistency across all properties. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in hotel management, multi-property operations, and hospitality branding, with a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to drive operational excellence and revenue growth across multiple properties.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize occupancy, service levels, and profitability.
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards across all hotel operations.
  • Identify, develop, and implement guest experience enhancements and innovations.
  • Lead the execution of high-impact hospitality initiatives that drive business performance.
  • Partner with sales, IT, and HR teams to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze market trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture across teams and properties.
  • Represent the company within the industry and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or food & beverage.
  • Experience managing multiple properties within a national hospitality brand.
  • Proven success in driving revenue, occupancy, and operational efficiency.
  • Expertise in hotel business intelligence tools and data analytics.
  • Strong track record in guest experience innovation and brand development.
  • Ability to navigate complex corporate structures and drive change management.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • Ability to travel frequently to client properties, industry events, and strategic meetings.
