Seeking an Engineering Manager to guide the development of the construction projects.
Responsibilities :
- Review the design and oversee and guide development of the bid documents for construction contracts.
- Respond to contractor RFI's and review contractor ATC's.
- Review VECPs and provide recommendation for approval.
- Strong understanding of rail systems to allow interface and configuration management between the contracts both during design and construction.
- Oversee the Approved for Construction (AFC) process during the construction phase.
Requirements : Approximately 20 years in supervising the design and construction of major design-build rail projects.
