About the Position :
Hiring for a Director of Preconstruction, responsible for the overall direction, management, supervision, coordination and successful completion of project preconstruction phases of multifamily and high rise projects ($50-80mm), to achieve the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating and bidding.
Requirements :
Degree in a construction related curriculum and / or business / accounting.
10 years of prior experience in Estimating and / or Project Management for a commercial general contractor.
8 years’ of prior experience in a Preconstruction position.
Lengthy project experience within multifamily construction.
