Required Skills and Qualifications
- Prior supervisory experience over a technical or parts staff in heavy equipment
- Aptitude for repairing, troubleshooting, and servicing equipment in a shop environment
- Basic mechanical knowledge of tools and mechanical work for repairing equipment
- Volvo heavy equipment experience preferred
