About the Position :
Hiring a Heavy Equipment Warranty Specialist to assist service departments warranty rules and requirements. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Learn and understand internal company systems
- Apply warranty guidelines and technical information to service invoices to develop warranty claims
- Understand OEM warranty systems to enter / process warranty claims
- Maintain claim tracking spreadsheets and documentation
- Process warranty credit memos / checks to settle invoices
- Assist in other duties as may be assigned.
