About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Preconstruction Manager to lead our branch location and drive growth through effective project estimation and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Leverage expertise in glass and glazing products to inform project decisions and drive business growth.
- Maintain knowledge of major aluminum systems, including Oldcastle, Efco, and Tubelite, to support project execution.
- Purchasing storefront-related products while ensuring optimal value for the company.
- Prepare submittals for approval, demonstrating attention to detail and project control.
- Develop a deep understanding of doors and door hardware to support project requirements.
- Foster a successful track record of completed interior and exterior glazing projects, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in bidding and purchasing storefront and curtain wall projects.
- Proven knowledge of glass and glazing products, including their applications and benefits.
- Excellent understanding of major aluminum systems, including Oldcastle, Efco, and Tubelite.
- Prior experience with purchasing storefront-related products, ensuring optimal value for the company.
- Ability to utilize estimating software such as GDS, PartnerPak or similar to streamline project estimation processes.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- A successful track record of completed interior and exterior glazing projects, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
