About The Position
- Leading project planning sessions and coordinating staff and internal resources.
- Managing project documentation, project progress and adapt work as required.
- Conducting risk assessments and managing issues as they arise.
- Ensuring projects meet deadlines and are completed within budget.
- Ensuring compliance with International and local regulations and other relevant healthcare construction standards.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Program or Project Manager in the healthcare/life sciences construction industry.
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Project Manager, AHCA, Sr. Healthcare Project Manager, Hospital Construction, Ground up Construction.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare construction industry, including the latest trends and technologies, including life sciences and clean room knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
