About the Company : $100M National Disaster Restoration Company seeking a Regional Account Manager for their Seattle office. Disaster Restoration company specializing in commercial projects, both mitigation and reconstruction. They have been in the industry for 13 years now. Strong leadership team, great culture, with an impressive growth plan in place Responsibilities : Develop and manage insurance, commercial, industrial, and property management accounts Identify / develop key partner strategies for specific market segments Prospect and set up appointments via Zoom and face-to-face Identify and call on regional or local prospects to generate opportunities Communicate effectively at all client levels in high-stress situations Utilize CRM tool to keep all client information up-to-date and all activities current Participate and represent the company in tradeshows, golf tournaments, and promotional events Work with operations to ensure customer satisfaction on every project Requirements : 2 years of sales / BD in commercial disaster restoration. Prefer BD Manager with experience selling $1M annually. Commercial verticals including Multi-Family, Educational, Higher Education, Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality and / or Manufacturing. Proven Sales experience with a strong new and existing client base.
