As Regional Operations Manager you will have full autonomy to develop the Carolina Regional team and grow the regional business unit. We have a tested group of experienced professionals from business development to preconstruction and capable field management as well as a strong labor force . We have experienced a steady growth curve and have many opportunities on the horizon. We seek the right leadership to carefully help the growth of the company . The market demand is there, a strong foundation is in place, and you will be fully supported to work closely with our executive leadership to improve best practices, update our processes, and make team additions or adjustments as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage operational activities with autonomy.
- Lead and shape our team and build upon our culture of quality growth.
- Have managerial input relative to all components of risk management including safety, and labor.
- Have managerial input relative our systems, processes, and standards to ensure operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align operational goals and best practices with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing key elements of a growing construction company.
- Proven track record in scaling growth and operations and driving operational excellence.
- Strong understanding of self-performance labor and related safety and QC elements.
- Experience in P&L management.
- Involvement in the development and presentation of project proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
