About the Position:As Senior Electrical Systems Project Manager, you will lead the conceptual and detailed engineering phases for construction operations of a portfolio of high-profile projects. Your role involves guiding and reviewing electrical engineering plans to ensure seamless integration with business models and project timelines. Key responsibilities include collaborating with critical suppliers, EPC contractors, and business partners to deliver cutting-edge solutions under tight deadlines and dynamic project environments.
- Guide and review electrical engineering designs for construction and life cycle operations of various projects.
- Develop and execute simultaneous parallel work across multiple site developments and construction cycles, integrating grid, battery storage, and solar generation systems into a unified framework.
- Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and business partners, to facilitate collaborative solution delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with substantial experience in electrical applications.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of 8 years of electrical power engineering experience in a project-based setting.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple disciplines within integrated projects, encompassing Civil, Mechanical, Process, Automation, Computer Science, etc.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering topics spanning LV, MV, and HV systems.
