Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of construction projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources effectively
- Oversee all on-site and off-site construction activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Conduct regular progress meetings and provide timely reporting
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the construction industry
- Proven track record managing commercial or industrial construction projects
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulatory requirements
- PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus
- Willingness to be based in or relocate to Albany, GA
