About the Company :
Since 1984 this General Contractor has primarily focused on retail & commercial construction. The company has a strong pipeline of projects.
About the Position :
Superintendents are needed to build large retail shopping centers, power centers, big box retail, outdoor malls throughout the Southeast. Examples : Walmart, Target, Lowes, Home Depot, Dick’s, etc. Both current projects need lead superintendents to take the project from ground up to completion. Projects are $10M to $40M each.
Requirements :
- Experienced ground up big project retail
- Open to travel to the locations mentioned
- Tilt Wall experience would be a plus
- Ground up experience is mandatory
There are two initial locations available. One will be based in the Raleigh, NC area and the other in Nashville, TN area.
