About the Position : Superintendents (Travelling) are needed to build large retail shopping centers with an anchor store. Both projects need a lead superintendent to take the project from ground up to completion. Projects are $30M to $40M each. The locations are near Raleigh, NC and Nashville, TN with the company having a solid pipeline of work after completion of those.
Requirements :
- Experienced ground up big project retail - Superintendent
- Open to travel to the locations mentioned
- Tilt Wall experience would be a plus
- Ground up experience is mandatory
