Duties
- Provide ATTENTIVE and NURTURING care for children
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play and grow
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational games and Bible lessons
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Toilet train children
- Monitor children's behavior and implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Ability to create and maintain a structured and organized environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
