**Job Title: Food Service Support Associate**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our housekeeping team as a Food Service Support Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all food and beverage areas, including the kitchen, restaurant, and dock area.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all kitchens, back dock, dumpster, and utility work areas.
• Heavy duty cleaning of ovens, grills, sinks, walls, floors, walk-in refrigerators, and freezers, as well as other heavy kitchen equipment.
• Wash pots, pans, and kitchen utensils following proper procedure for their cleanliness and sanitation.
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors in all food and beverage areas, kitchen, restaurant, and dock area.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Ability to stand during entire shift.
- Ability to withstand temperature variations, both hot and cold.
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written with all level of employees and guests.
